  Good cheeseburger. Fantastic shakes. Yummy Fries. No pretense, just good food that is simple to order and receive. Scoopers is a great place to grab a fast and delicious lunch or dinner and just chill for a minute. The thing though is... milkshakes. Dang! My daughter got a Salted Caramel shake and I got a Heath Bar shake. They were totally off the hook!  
  
  My friend Brenden recommended the place and I'm glad I listened. Next time in Reno, I'm going back. I'm craving that shake again!

  First off... the food is AMAZING! Hot dogs are flavorful, fresh, juicy and delicious! French fries were crisp and hot, onion rings were too. The reason this gets a 4 star is because we are from CA and came here on vacation and decided to come here based on yelp reviews. When I come from out of state to give my business to a small place I expect top notch customer service. Instead I got a teenagers condescension.
  
  At first I ordered and forgot I had checked in to yelp. I asked if he would correct my receipt to show the 20% off and he didn't even try. He told me he already rung it up and I can use it next time... what next time?! I'm from out of state. Ok, fine... let's move forward. When I received our order I needed ketchup, there was a dispenser by the soda machine, it wasn't labeled but I'm not stupid so I tried it and it didn't work. I went up to the counter and asked for ketchup and mustard and the kid (confirmed 18y/o) got smart with me. He said 'the ketchups in the pump over there' with the most sarcastic tone he could have possibly used. HELLO! I just tried the pump and it didn't work! So he walks over and has to pump the dispenser at least 10xs to make the ketchup work.
  
  He then proceeded to get a lecture about how condescending he has been and instead of apologizing tells me he's the 'best one there.' I hate to see anyone else who works there if he's the best! There wasn't anyone around for comparison so I'm afraid...
  
  Bottom line... GREAT FOOD... but the cashier needs to get his attitude together. Oh what it was to be 18 and think you know everything!

  This was our first time visiting Scoopers and we chose it because today is National Soft Serve Day! There are 8 different flavors of soft serve and you can mix the flavors. Another thing that caught my attention was the 20% offer for checking in at the restaurant. The employee didn't know about the Yelp check-in, so that needs to be updated.....BUT he did still give us 10% off which was really nice!
  My husband got a Heath Bar milkshake & a small cool lemon soft serve, I got a large chocolate & butter pecan soft serve. We were both very happy and will be back to try more of the menu!!

  I came to Scoopers to try a new place. I heard a lot about their shakes but I ended up ordering a bull's eye burger combo. The fries were hot, crisp and fresh. Just what you would want in an order of fries. I did have to add a little salt to mine to get it to my liking but overall not bad. The Bull's Eye burger was delicious. The bacon on it was crisp, the meat tasty and the bun was good. All in all, it was a your classic BBQ burger. The only thing I would change is I would order without mayo. This is a solid burger spot that hits the spot. Good for coming with friends for lunch while being able to sit down and relax.

  Scoopers 2nd location we are really excited about! Now remember this is sit down yet fast food. We have come here three times to be sure and have been happy with each order. Of course their shakes are worth breaking Keto and Fasting for so buyer beware! They are that good. Their tacos and hamburgers are the old fashioned kind that is fresh and you can adapt if you want to go without the bun or shell. The restaurant is clean and bright. Good job Scoopers for keeping up to standards at this 'newer' restaurant.
